Free inspection
It starts with a real look. We climb up (safely) and inspect the whole roof - shingles or tile, flashing, valleys, penetrations, ventilation, and any signs of past leaks. We photograph what matters and give you a straight, plain-English read on your roof's condition and how many years it likely has left. This visit is free and carries no obligation whatsoever.
A clear written quote
Next you get a fixed, written quote - not a vague per-square number scribbled in a truck. It spells out the scope, the materials, and the price, with your options laid out so you can choose what fits your home and budget. If there are trade-offs between shingle, tile, and metal, we walk you through them honestly. You'll never be surprised by the bill.
A clean, professional install
Our own crews do the work - no mystery subcontractors. We protect your landscaping and pool cage, tear off and haul away the old roof, inspect and repair the deck, and install the new system to current Florida code. On a replacement we dry the house back in the same day, so weather is never a risk, and we run a magnetic sweep for every stray nail before we leave.
Warranty & the paperwork that protects you
When the roof is done, so is the paperwork. You get a workmanship warranty on our labor, the manufacturer's warranty on your materials, and - on a replacement - the permit sign-off and wind-mitigation documentation your insurer needs to apply premium credits. And you get a roofer who still answers the phone if you ever need us.
